Thank you for your interest in our festival.

In order to provide a diversity of products and to protect vendor’s interest, exclusives and limited numbers of various types of vendors will be granted. Please provide a detailed description of your product, along with any special details of product marketing. Only pre-approved products will be allowed. All items must meet the standards of the Festival Committee in terms of appropriateness to the event and good taste. The Committee reserves the right to remove items not approved or considered inappropriate. Exhibitors must abide by the rules and decisions of the committee. Prices should be readily visible. Exhibitors are expected to remain set up until nightfall.

Each vendor will be responsible for their own drinks, ice and trailer/tent/tables needed for their spot. The Town of Fyffe WILL NOT supply any of these items.

Vendors may begin setting up on Friday, Aug 23, 2024, between 12pm and 6pm. Vendors may also set up Saturday morning, August 24, 2024 (the day of the festival) starting at 7am.  No set up will be permitted after 8 am the day of the festival.  After setting up, all vehicles must be moved to an adjacent parking lot, if the assigned spot is not specified to park your vehicle. 

 The Festival Committee will assign all spaces. Your payment rents the assigned space only. No vendor will be assigned a vendor space without a completed Vendor Application form and payment. All applications must be received by July 31, 2024 and no fees will be refunded for any reason. Please read carefully and complete the form.

 Non-Profit fee $25.00

10 wide x 10 deep                                $75.00 each                        

10 wide x 20 deep                               $75.00 each                       

10 wide x 29 deep                               $75.00 each                         

10 wide x 50 deep                               $75.00 each                      

***Two or more spaces per vendor will receive a discounted price of $65.00 per spot.

Consumable Food vendors (Consumable Foods means food items including but not limited to hamburgers, burritos, tamales, hot dogs, snow cones, soft drinks, etc.) Fee is $150.00.
